i was just wondering what people thought of the color scheme for my blog. is it too much (too colorful)? Your guys's blogs look so well put together; I wish mine did too! Just any constructive criticism is appreciated!

No, not too colorful at all, I think it looks lovely! I especially like the black and white floral sort-of border on each side of the mainframe, adds a little something special!

^ Your site is really nice IMO! It's easy to read and overview, has a balanced amount of text//pictures on it and the layout doesn't distract too much from the contents. Maybe some people would call it a bit dull but that lies in everyone's personal taste anyway... I think you did a great job

^ Thank you so much both of you, coming from you that's very sweet. Nijuyanah, i'd love it even more minimal (i'd love it just stark white with grey menus down the side, but I'm still trying to figure out how to alter the standard wordpress layouts) - I love how yours looks.

Next step is to upgrade to my own domain and layout, but that might take a couple of months to figure out properly
