Call any McQueen boutique (NYC or London) and ask them if they still have it, which is, IMHO hardly possible, since it's a last season's item.

Best solution would be to pray for Yoox to stock it in a few months when they'll unveil the winter collection.

Thanks belletrist but I have contacted the McQueen stores in London and NY and they are well into their Spring Summer collecitons. I think I am going to have to find a mor eobscure way of finding this item. Anyone who can help please message me, ...I can't believe I left it so late!
