This is beautiful - the hologram presentation, the dresses, the shirts, the overall presentation of it is stunning.

mmm not sure how to explain it, basically the hologram appeared in the centre of the pyramid and there were 4 sides to the audience and each side saw the same thing.

when kate dissapeared she turned into a blob and then into a little star and then 5 stars flew around each other and then zip........all gone

Exquisite. Im sorry, but Celine has been stripped of the best collection of F/W 06, this is, unbelieveable. I was sooo scared to click on it, expecting something Gucci-esque like S/S 06, but it is...no adjectives to explain it.

Perhaps the pyramid was composed of the type of glass that allows you to see inside, but the opposite side is mirrored glass. So probably, just my guess, the video projector was placed on the floor, and aimed to hit the mirror. If you've been in a room where mirrors surround you, you'll know that each mirror reflects each other. That's just my guess. Deals with physics in some way I'm sure.

I love this! This in my opinion was better than half the couture shows. Alexander McQueen is indeed the king. To some it may seem gaudy-I see it as art, plain and simple.

Well....I've been reading pages and pages of oohs and ahhs and I can happily agree (even in my semi-drunken state!). The hologram ending looks so ethereal and such a perfect ending to the show. I love everything about this collection - even the head pieces. I love what McQueen has done with his theme of Scottish highland - there is a wild untamed beauty about all the clothes and yet he still manages to make everything wearable. I think I read someone's comment about it being like a retrospective which I also agree with because it's like he has pulled together his best elements and given us something ridiculously gorgeous! I can't wait to see the collection in its entirity!

that's why I have not said anything like "best" collection so far it's Paris fashion week, and anything can happen. Let alone there are two more days to go
