I adore it! As soon as I saw the feathers and head-pieces, I thought it must be a tribute to Isabella Blow as many of you have pointed out. The silhouettes, colors, shoes, and every detail of the show are stunning! BRAVO!

I'm in love with the clothes, too, in case anyone wonders whether my appreciation went to the headpieces alone. Not at all! I sense a healthy continuation of technique, rather than a rehashing of ideas... McQueen never feels repetitive; each collection is very distinct and I'd never mistake it for another. Plus, I love clothes with wings...

It's mostly gorgeous. Although I have to say I have a fear of birds so....I'm not enjoying those pieces that look like chopped up bird carcasses *shudders*

Sorry to be a downer especially since everyone's so happy with the collection. I do think it's lovely, I just dislike the feathered pieces.
