Apparently, it was the continuation of celebrating Elle MacPherson's child's christening. What a huge affair for a two year old kid. He must have really appreciated all the rich and famous who attended and all the hardcore partying and drinks!

Ha, yeah. Elle Macpherson seems like a nice enough person but the thing is, I've seen her really curse out the paparazzi, I mean really aggressively. She's the type that will march up to paparazzi and flip them off and yell and curse at them. And then she turns out happy to use her fame when it suits her, hold a high-profile christening (in Rome, what is the Pope his godfather?!) It just reminds you that celebs all manipulate publicity to their advantage. It's their job. If she had wanted a private christening that wasn't going to be reported in the media, she could have done that, but she wanted this to be a celebrity affair, obviously.

I thought Andrea's voice almost sounded like he was from Spain or Italy rather than France/Monaco. Albert sounds so American when he speaks English...now I'm curious to hear Charlotte and Pierre's speaking voices. For some reason I expect Charlotte to sound like valley girl from Cali when speaking English...LOL

Caroline also sounds very American when speaking English. But Andrea was speaking English in that clip and did not sound American at all. To me, he sounded very French. In the case of Caroline and her siblings, the reason they sound American when speaking English is because they learned English from their American mother. But Grace was dead long before Caroline's children came along and they grew up entirely in Europe, went to French schools, and had French friends everyday of their lives, so I don't expect to hear much American influence there.
