Oh man, Pastis is sooo trendy anymore. There is just one right, located in Chelsea somewhere? Semana had said he was in "center" of NYC, but Chelsea isn't exactly center, so I don't know why they used that choice of description.
I think Tatiana must have apt somewhere in East Village. My friend lives there in an amazing apt. It's not really my fav. part of the city, but many people I know like it for its good night life - it seems everyone starts moving downtown-wards after six or something. It always amazes me how full of life the midtown-and further down is at all hours, but if you go uptown around Columbia at midnight it's like a ghost town!
