omg, from that vanity fair photo it's made me want to cry for him. he obviously has a health problem and it's so clear to see hopefully he is getting the help he needs to get better because from what he looked like then to now the change is too drastic for it to be nothing. his the hot casiraghi of the trio what hapened?? really?
