I think she has been looking like that for quite a few years. I am sure smoking and sun exposure have a lot to do with it. However, personally, I'd rather she looked like that than say, Queen Silvia of Sweden, or, in the same age bracket, Isabelle Adjani, who looks grotesque to me (as seen in Corbis images of spring 2009 and 2010). I wish there were a middle-ground, but if very rich women can't make it work, I guess it means the technology is not up-to-date yet.

^ Yes, I think you're right...But then I see Christie Brinkley, who is about the same age as Caroline and grew up on the beach, and you wonder...Maybe it's just a particulary unflattering picture...

Well, I was going to say, genes... But then, Princess Grace didn't seem to age in the same way. One thing Caroline can be thankful for is she didn't bloat... I guess you can't have it all. You're right about Christie Brinkley; it's a mystery what makes women age one way or another, or win one way, lose another. Maybe Christie Brinkley didn't smoke.It is said to be the real killer for women. It also makes you wonder about all the miracle creams. Still, Princess Caroline has obviously decided she wasn't going to compete with her daughter's loveliness, and that is something to admire. Besides, no amount of surgery or whatever other means available will give you back the blush of youth; that's pure physiology...

^I think caroline looks great, she's not nineteen years old anymore and I'm glad that her face isn't nineteen-looking either. it's so easy to make the face young, and then what about the rest of the body?

I've seen so many women in her age, looking much worse.
