Anyway, is there any quality difference with wmv and flv?

I've got them all now. I've uploaded most of them to Megaupload but it's down for me right now but I should finish by today.

The flash videos are the original videos ripped from the website. If they've been converted they've lost quality (any time you convert a file you lose a little bit of quality).

they are the same quality, just a different format
i only converted them for personal reasons as i sometimes have
problems playing back flv files, so i converted them to wmv hd

Well, technically you do lose quality when you convert the source file even when you up-convert but it's probably very minor since the source file isn't super high quality comparitively. But that video is three times the size of the original video (25 MB to 77 M. That's not very practical, especially working with wmv which is so slow. If you have all the necessary codecs installed or play the videos with VLC, it should work fine.
