I actually went to the Chanel boutique in Manhattan yesterday and they had no idea what model it was. I thought it was new but they insisted it wasn't. Thank you for your suggestion, though. I think I might venture to Long Island and go to Neiman Marcus because they usually seem to have always nice collection.

What kind of leather was issued for the baby cabas? Was it only caviar?

^Yes, as far as I know.
For the larger sizes, they were made in satin, vinyl and denim, besides caviar.
I don't think lambskin was used for the cabas at all.

Does anybody know the model of this bag and whether or not Chanel still sells it? Also, are there any other bags that Chanel has done with that handle?

I just saw it yesterday in red and darkblue in the vienna chanel boutique... I don't know the name, but it cost around € 1400,-
this bag has a mirror inside.
