Your welcome, I don't think Chelsy comes from "old" money like other socialites but her father definitely can give his family a comfortable life with what he's made. There's a picture of her driving a Mercedes-Benz and they have a vacation home, a huge home in Cape Town? and she's gone to some of the best schools her whole life, oh ya and she got to travel to like five different countries this summer I believe, and I'm sure her dad foot the bill for it. So I think her family is doing alright.
But I agree with her fashion, she doesn't have to buy the most expensive pieces, she finds what she likes and wears it. I have to admit they're pretty minimal pieces sometimes but it's refreshing to see a girl wearing the same clothes as a normal person her age would and not decked out in Prada and Gucci the whole time.
