Chelsy wore a dark blue ruffled number to last night's Boodles Boxing Ball. The dress is available online from Karen Millen for £180 or about $360. It's also availble in dark hunter green.

We will update if we find out where Kate's gown is from--it isn't from BCBG. It looks like an Issa design with the faux-wrap look, but we haven't spotted it online yet.
