I don't think she should have worn the black ankle boots with her black dress and tights but it didn't look trashy to me. She's had some good outfits since moving to London.

I don't think she looks cheap either. I love her in the blue dress and the blazer I think it's one of her better looks. I think she has greatly improved from her time at Cape Town to England. Plus just because your parents are loaded doesn't mean you are, they could have her on a budget which makes me appreciate her more.
