Oh boy, she doesn't always look cheap and tacky. Katie Price is cheap and tacky! Chelsy has been looking very sophisticated lately. I think working on her own has helped develop a more grown up style, she doesn't look bad here she just doesn't look great either. I wouldn't have worn these shoes with this outfit.

I know The worse thing is : tons of girl dress like that in the UK. Barely there dresses and hooker heels (she never committed the crime of hooker heels thanks god ) She looks good and all but she should go back to her previous length of dress (at the beginning of her relationship with Harry). She seems more polished but still not quite there yet..
