To her adoring Daddy, she is undoubtedly a real princess. But one wonders whether the Royal Family will feel the same when they see these pictures of Chelsy Davy.
Prince Harry's girlfriend of four years seemed to have gotten over any despondency she might have been feeling at being separated from her royal beau.
Harry and his Army comrades are spending three weeks working with his AIDS orphans' charity in Lesotho.
Miss Davy, who is expected to meet up with the prince afterwards, is making the most of some time with her friends on holiday in South Africa.
After a day out at the races at the weekend, she was clearly in high spirits as she made her way home - and seemingly completely unconcerned about the impression she might be creating.
At one stage she was carried on the shoulders of a male friend, her short skirt over his head.
Then she giggled on the grass with another two young men before pretending to kiss her best girl friend, Kirsten Rogers.
The cigarette hanging from her lips is hardly a regal look. And the boisterous company she was keeping doesn't quite fit with advice, supposedly from Prince William's patient girlfriend Kate Middleton, that a girl hoping to snap up a prince should try to keep a low profile.
The photographs, all taken in public, show that 22-year-old Miss Davy, on a break from her two-year politics course at Leeds University, is a goodtime girl at heart.
She looks like she's having fun in those pics. To me, she does not come across, no not even there, the least bit trashy. I have seen much worse, as I'm sure you have too. 
p they probably met through Harry, but maybe not....... Eddy is VERY social, with a wide circle of friends, just like Chelsy, he is rather here, there, and everywhere if you know what I mean!
