Just heard that Chelsy is planning on to tour Europe this summer and has no plans to include Harry that doesn't sound good. The article says they're off again...but judging from these pics I guess you never can tell!

Yes, the article said that too, but if she wanted to be with him wouldn't she stay in the UK? I don't think that is her style though. I'm sure the paps will follow her all over this summer. We shouldn't have any shortage of pics

I quite like her casual outfit a lot- the bangles and the scarf are great accessories. She has a great casual style but when she gets dressed up- I haven't been a huge fan. Shame really because I have a feeling she could look fantastic in something fitted and simple with a twist. However that said she seems like a really sweet gal- someone who you could have a laugh with (which I suppose is important if you are perhaps dating Prince Harry who's known for being a funny man himself).
