Screenshot for when it’s deleted. Anyway, JD from Rapture Management said he is also going through the same thing in their IG comments.

I heard from industry people in Milan that allegedly the US holding that bought Bally paid no one, from models to others external collaborators, after they found out that Bellotti was leaving...

It’s almost ironic that they separated themselves from the Rhuigi guy just to act as sketchy as him…

^ The irony is that it's the previous owners who got rid off the Rhude guy. Guess that scam is running through that poor brand's veins and they're dragging it to the ground. Apparently, they recently even closed the store they had at the corner of Montenapoleone in Milan. To think that it's the same people who now own Petit Bateau...

Oh they changed owners? The brand is doomed anyway.
Any creative who decides to associate themselves with the brand is helpless.

I don’t like his work for Jil Sander but I’m glad the Simone guy left that mess. At least he gave Bally good campaigns (despite doing ugly clothes).

Yes, back in 2024 https://fr.fashionnetwork.com/news/...investissement-americaine-regent,1658506.html

Same, I really liked the campaigns.

I agree that it's cursed. A pity for that brand to be ran to the ground -- when they could've been smarter and hire someone new to carry on with the small fraction of interest that Bellotti had started to generate during his tenure for the brand. Instead they just operate internally with, from what I heard from Milan people, the CEO of Pilati's Random Identities as CD/CEO. I just had a quick look and their website is wild now, it's like time travelling. You go to the sale section and it's 3 different designers / eras together :dizziness:
