I think the handbags look pretty nice. The shoe could look tons better, especially without the fringe.

I would wear the skirt with the shirt and those shoes. But really, I think the outfit looks good, just take off the socks. But then again, even the socks are slightly cute. Looks like the funky schoolgirl.
