Thank god summer's over, bring on the rain and chilly weather! The best running conditions I know. I also only run in the evenings, preferably after dark. It's the best time for concentration and relaxation. Good for me I live way up north, where it's really dark, cold and wet for most of the year. This summer in Finland has been way too hot for my tastes though and the heat has basically ruined my training, so maybe next year I'll prepare better and move to Iceland already in May
