yeah, she's gorgeous. she was really a fan of boat neck sweaters, long earrings, heavy black eyemakeup, tights and leotards. she went through her inheritance in about 6 months. she had such a great body. but she was anorexic as a teen and institutionalized. her life was so hectic. i love her hairdo, it always looked so cute. do you know she died it silver to match andy warhols?

^^i know at her lowest she was 90 lbs.she was probably about 5 ft 3 or 4 in

She was 5'4 and yaeh she dyed her hairl platinum blonde to match Andy Warhol's, because they enjoyed how people used to get confused at parties when they couldn't tell if it was Andy or Edie. That's soo CutE!!!

^She actually had dark brown hair and when she died it blonde it turned more orange. Since she couldn't get it blonde she just bought silver spray paint and used that so it would look blonde in black and white film/pictures.

I'm so ********.. lol I've had this graphic design magazine for 2 years and I always use it as a reference, so everytime I flip through it I stop on this one picture for a gallery invitation, and I always stare at the girl in the picture because she has such expressive eyes. And today I realized its Edie! It was a photograph taken by Nat Finkelstien who I don't know of. But doesn't she have the most expressive eyes? I love them!

yeah, in that vogue shoot. she really looked like rachel mcadams in this one picture. she was wearing a hat. i love her eye makup and eyebrows in poor little rich girl. she had the most perfect mouth too. it glossed so well.

Warhol exhibited his flower paintings at Galerie Ileana Sonnabend in Paris in the Sprinf of 1965....He took a small entourage with him for the opening: his assistant Gerard Malanga, his new Superstar Edie Sedgwick, and her Cambridge friend Chuck Wein...

When she 'unpacked' at the hotel, i saw that the only thing she'd brought with her was another mink coat! Was Edie as beautiful as she looked in the early pictures?

Oh yes, she was absolutly delightful. Not only her physical beauty but her inner balance and poise. When you were in a room with Edie, everyone was on point because they could feel her excellence. Apart from her beauty, there was a feeling that she was capable of directing anything. When i go to colleges a few girls will always come up to me and ask that question.
