Erin Fetherston For Target

This collection is finally out in my local Target, but they didn't have any accessories as of yesterday. I didn't go, but my mother did. For some reason I just can't get that heart bag out of my head. Hearts aren't even my style, yet I'm intrigued by it.

classicalbang: Did you buy the gold lurex dress online or in the store? That is the piece I want the most and I haven't seen it anywhere yet...I don't want to miss out on it. Or did you mean the gold chiffon dress (the gold lurex dress has a white peter pan collar)? Thx!

on topic: the heart bag is really not that nice IRL....i saw them yesterday and didn't really even want to touch them. the beige, looks kinda like dirty suede...and the red, it's kinda floppy and shapeless...i think you'd do much better paying about $50 more and getting a moschino on ebay...

Just tried on and bought the cream bubble coat, and wanted to send out a warning: it runs extremely large! I took a size S and am usually a M/L. The S fits perfectly though, and I am so excited to own it since the cut is almost an exact replica of a coat from one of her earliest collections that I drooled and drooled over. :)

isn't it just luscious?!?!?!!!:woot: my order got shipped out today....cant wait to get it.

i got the dress online (the one with the white peter pan color, yes). i bet you are having the same problem i was-- you can't find it on target's website, right? i think they must be having technical problems because some pieces from the collection keep disappearing only to be back up awhile later. so i remembered target and amazon are partners and checked amazon's site. the whole collection is available there! and here is the link to your favorite dress. hope this helped! x

So I made it out to Target today and ended up walking away with the black coat and the black ruffled skirt. I had the hardest time choosing between the black and cream coat! I just got home and tried on the black again (for the tenth time) and decided to order the cream online (as they didn't have it in S at the store) and return the black.

The black coat is cute but the proportions aren't particularly flattering on me. It cuts me off in the middle of my bust. I suppose I just wanted to walk out with one of the coats in my size. I tried on the cream coat in a M and it is just so well made and the shape is great!

Now I'm having second thoughts - for $30 I'd like a decent quality bag. :p Thanks for the heads-up (and the avatar compliment)!

^I think that's a Moschino bag posted in the pic above, since jun3machina recommended purchasing one off eBay to anyone who may be interested in a higher-quality heart-shaped bag. :flower:

I stopped by my Target today. They had everything in stock, including the heart bags and coats. I didn't buy anything, but the heart cardigan really stood out. It felt SO soft for acrylic. I almost bought a navy dress that I don't see right now on the Target website. It looked really good... I was surprised. I also tried on the cream coat just for the heck of it. The fabric was nice, but the shape looked awful on my frame.

wow, that's almost like exactly what i did:lol:...only i put them both back, came home and ordered it online...i just felt too much like a victorian kid in the black one...

Went to one Target tonight & they didnt have the satin pants with the bow belt. Im hoping the other one will when I go tomorrow. So far Ive gotten nothing.

I imagine they would, since it just came out a few days ago - and if they don't, I'll be very upset. :D

I can't get the stupid bunny top out of my head. Think I'll have to head back to Target and scout around for more pieces. Might have to get it.

It's so funny around each Go release. Suddenly my local Target becomes populated by creatures you never normally see at Target. Women in filmy dresses and high heels. With intent expressions. Shopping alone, no cart. You can spot the fashion people.
I never spot any 'fashion people', but then i live in a very unglamorous location. Maybe I *am* the fashion people... I would reject that label. :p
But I shop alone, generally look intent (and actually become so engrossed, I often mumble to myself)--and I've never used a cart for shopping once in my entire life. I just instinctually avoid them.

I mention this because I didn't know these were the qualifications, like I said, I don't see fashion people!
This collection trips my trigger so badly; I purchased the bunny-print thermal leggings today, which I was going to conceal under my shirt instead, but it was too filmy... Kidding. :ninja: Eventually I want at least four more items that I saw!

jun3, lol... victorian kid? i do love the cutesy girly stuff. i think the cuteness can be toned down with tailored pants or skirt. i still want to try on the white coat.

quimby, your description of the "fashion people" is so on target. *clears throat* no pun intended. it made me laugh!

well, as of now, i have a very distinct bob haircut with straight bangs...and that paired with the black coat was less edgy and so much more lil 1930's girl....maybe if my hair was grown out or something...just didn't work for me, but im sure it'd be awesome on the right gal. plus i just bought a black coat from gap....so i dont really need another black coat....but a light colored one was absent from my wardobe....
