I need your guys opinion on this one-

On 7/23 I took my black GM St. Louis to Barneys in Boston to be sent out for customization... which they promptly charged me $310 on the spot. It is now 10/8 and they have yet to call me. They originally said it would take between 8-10 weeks and now we're working on 11. I reallly feel that Barneys should pay me back since it was not ready in the time frame they originally told me.... kind of like the dry cleaners, right? Nevertheless, I just want the damn bag

^Have you called Barneys? I would definitely give them a call to see what is going on with that, though I doubt they can be held responsible for the delay. I would try to see where exactly your bag was shipped, and then contact them, because they are really the ones to blame.

^They are responsible if they are the one's who told the client when it would be done and took his money for it. However, it is not likley they will agree to pay for the customization simply because they know they can get away without it. Perhaps they will discount the fee? Or allow you to have your next Goyard piece customized for free? You should go to the store where you sent it out from if you can and speak with whoever gave you that figure of 8-10 weeks. Also, if the receit garuntees that date range, then you actually will have a case to get your money back in full for the customization.

Goyard wallets?

Does anyone own a Goyard wallet? I just saw a picture of Mandy Moore clutching one - a long one it looked like - and I must have it. But no one has specs on it - like size or how many pockets, so I'd love to hear some thoughts from current/previous owners. I guess I will call up Barneys to see if they can give me more info.

yeah i used to want that long wallet in yellow. i remember it being a little under $1000. i think $990.
