Love to see Abbey back! She looks amazing. I wish it had other models like Daria or Anja, but alas. The shot of the two Abbey's is very unappealing and this would have been solved by having another model.
The campaign is totally boring otherwise, and the male model is totally wrong.
This shade of blue is more like Cavalli then Gucci. On the mens double page ad, the fade between the shoe and the models is a Photoshop disaster. Looks cheap for me. The other one with the chair is OK, I just don't like that jacket...
Whatever merits these images have, I feel like I'm looking at something I could have seen two years ago. I love it when adverts make me feel that things are shifting, that the new season is moving in... but there's something already stale in the mood of these images even though I'm seeing them for the first time.
I still can't believe the Gucci team approved this. It is one of the cheapest campaigns for a high-end label I've ever seen. What an eyesore… and definitely a Photoshop disaster!
Photoshop aside, Abbey looks really good here, dark and sexy like the collection. Adrien looks terrible tho, like he has botox on the lips. The setting and art direction is so cheap, it adds nothing to the images. Overall is very disappointing.
Both models are serving ***Edited ... removing potentially offensive reference*** chic, especially Abbey. As sexy as a pasty limp d**k would be like. Just terrible.
