It's certainly about the tease this season in ads, no? First Chanel, now Gucci...I hope the end results of these ads will better than Chanel's, because the tease was better than the full ads IMO....

This campaign also features Jonatan Frenk, who was Model of the Week on MDC a little while ago. How exciting for him to score such a huge campaign right off the bat!

Ok what is up with this season??? Spring Summer 09 is DEFINITELY spewing really good ad campaigns! I mean a lot of the collections weren't THAT amazing this season but a lot of the campaigns are making people want to buy the clothes! First YSL, then Prada, then THIS?! I love the colors! However Jonathan seems to be a bit out of place here (I do think that he should have been omitted entirely). The tropical mood is great but the body language of the models are reminiscent of last seasons fall campaign. I do think that the fall campaign was almost flawless and this one is a bit lower than last season's campaign but definitely ranking high for this season. Outstanding but not uber amazing...casting is a bit off (Not a fan of Natasha really but she's ok) and the poses are a bit repetitive after last season.

abbey lee looks so out of place to me...she really wasn't needed...and as much as i'm sick of seeing natasha, she really stands out to me in these..she looks incredible! lily looks ok...and overall i really like this...it compliments the collection really well
