High Heels With Socks

I like this look when it is with round-toe shoes and stripped socks, like the McQueen look. I don't like it with plain socks.
A friend of mine has some black socks with white small lambs that would look great with black Mary-Janes, but she's too shy to wear it and she only wears those socks whith long trousers. But I will continue insisting to her that they are so cute until she realizes.

theres no question about it. this look is cute as hell. however, i'm a little concerned about by 5'3 legs being a tad too short.. also, i think the trend looks especially fab with little girl style socks, which i haven't had much luck finding. any suggestions?

I like it, but you have to wear the right socks with the right shoes or it does look just sillly.

socks with pumps looks cute , socks with platforms could also look cute depends on how you rock the whole look. but i remember in the 70s people were glitters socks with sandals that was gross.
