Me? No, me no puedo stand these. Let's hope they're at least comfortable.

I think high-waisted jeans are really hard to pull off. They can make your butt look really dumpy... and scream MOM.

I think it just depends on the person's body type. Certain people can pull it off and look great in it....but i definately could not pull that off.....

me too..i have inner thigh issues I like the low waist just because it can be worn by any body type keeping in mind the person doesn't like to go 3 sizes smaller their actual size

from my brief experience: pretty much true to size if not a tiny bit loose but only 32'' inseam.

oh my god, i know theres so much hype about 18th amendment, but i tried the lollabrigida and the colbert yesterday. they were terrible! the washes were cheesy and the fit wasn't right at all. no wonder mischa looked so terrible in hers.

actually I saw the most cutest shorts at Express in a coral color...it's not really really high waisted but a tad bit more higher than ones I usually see...I could definitely see myself wearing it...

I tried to find these by Siwy jeans but can't locate them yet. Does anyone know ANYWHERE in the US that I can get these?
It's from the siwy myspace that I am a member of. Any help would be appreciated.

those siwy are great - I've had good experience with siwy in the past but I haven't been able to get a hold of any of their new pieces recently either. For high-waisted shorts though, I remember seeing more than a few pairs on topshop.com so that might work for a quick fix.
