Okay...the elimination diet sounds a little extreme Lol. Doesn't sound altogether healthy or sustainable. Thank you very much for the information though. I may take elements from it.

All that crap about that you ONLY get calcium from dairy is such BS. Eat a banana instead.

I read that almonds are great for the skin too, definitely going to try that!
