I can't fall asleep either, but never ever take sleeping pills on a plane, not only because its a potential hazard to yourself and other passengers but also because you're supposed to get up every 3 hours and stretch, walk around etc (and sleeping pills will knock you out for longer than that)...I really have no suggestion, I travel between New Zealand (Auckland) and London and its a pain in the *** because i'm often awake for over 48 hours...
. But us Americans must somehow cross the oceans to visit the 5 other continents, eh?
Roll-ons have to be in a plastic bag.
