I posted a few days ago with things that were inspiring me before I went back to college, and now I've gone back to college and we've been given this dreadfully boring project and all it currently is is to "draw ten pictures" of these things we've been given/whatever.
I am so uninspired. I'm completely stressed out over it because I put my work above everything else and it is so important to me.
My tutor is like asking me to do work, but I physically can't do what she asks because I am so uninspired and this part of the project is so uninspiring for me, and when I tell her this she just looks at me like i'm being a drama queen..

My Inspirations for AW 08

I have a cork bulletin board on my desk that I update every season with magazine images. I do have separate lookbooks to house my vast collection of clippings, but the items that are the most relevant for this season have their place on the board.

Layering ideas for fall. I like layers with bare legs. The overwhelming majority of my clippings comes from Lucky. My favorite thing to do every month is getting Lucky. But the flash blurred out two images here. They do show up in other pics though.

I love Kate Moss's Just Cavalli campaign. Great energy. The image right beside it is a page from one of my lookbooks. Most of the models in my lookbooks are decapitated.

Gisele. I got into fashion in the late '90s. Gisele, Kate Moss, and Angela Lindvall are my holy trinity.

And finally, my hand-written wish-list, broken down by priority, urgency, and lust.

A picture of the pins that I use for the images... I wanted to show it because it is wooden and the color goes with my cork bulletin board. I was quite ecstatic to find these.

Well, I will say this ... real life is chockfull of uninspiring assignments The key is to find a way to inspire yourself ... or a source that will turn you on when you feel turned off
