InStyle - Worldwide

I like the styling better on her 2014 cover, but she looks so much more herself and not photoshopped into oblivion(hehehe) on her 2016 cover. I think it's an improvement.

Love the actual shot! She looks so beautiful here and the styling really suits her. Which brand ia she wearing? I prefer this shot to the previous one. But the hand looks creepy, why did they crop her arm out? US InStyle seems to have this new crazy trend where they crop the covershots, this must end. And I'm not sure whether the vintage looking font will be a hit, we'll have to see.

I love Shailene cover, she usually doesn´t photograph well imo but this is really nice.

I don't know why InStyle changed their forumla, they used to take the best celebrity shots of anyone. Shailene's 2014 cover wasn't very good, but the editorial (where she was wearing lots of Chloe/Stella McCartney) was the best shots she's ever taken in her life.

New cover layout is generic as well, they used to have one of the more recognizable newsstand formats.

I really like Shailene's editorial, it looks simple, fresh and suited to spring. There are many cover tries in her feature, but her posing just seems a bit off. Maybe she's not that used to being photographed.
Cannot believe InStyle chose to ran the edit with Kirsten Dunst. Exceptionally dull nothingness.

I will make a point to pick up Instyle, they've put together a superb issue. Maisie's edit is the best I've seen of her so far, and it really highlights the fashion. I doubt any model could've surpassed her work here . The accessories feature, although short, is much better than what you'd find in Elle and Vogue. And I found the cable ties in both edits to be a nice and interesting touch, although I doubt women will be raiding electrical toolboxes for hair accessories anytime soon. I think I've finally warmed to British InStyle's personality crisis - a tradutionally mainstream title trying their best to be indie.

I agree benn, I think UK Instyle is doing things brilliantly. I think their sale figures went up too.

Im sure everyone is also relieved that the american title have finally ditched that awful blocky logo so the other editions can follow.
