Interview under Baron & Templer never managed to completely convince me of the brilliance everyone else talked about, but expectations wise, I agree with you. M/M Paris is entering wild territory.

i bought the issue today. it's kinda slim for a march issue, but it's good. i was pleased with the uptown downtown edit. i'll really miss karl temple at interview. also hamish bowles has an article on his couture collection, which i thought was a good read.

Gisele is truly one of the best models ever. She is an icon and she deserves to be. EVERY editorial that she's done, she simply nails it. Such a pro.

Look at her body in that 4th shot - where her face is in profile, her arms are behind her and you can see the tops of her legs/side of her butt. she's absolutely incredible. it's the best body ever.

Well, it's an odd choice for an Alaia editorial....given that Gisele's only flaw is that she doesn't have a defined waist, and Alaia is famous for his waist embracing designs. It doesn't work as well as it could have with another model from that perspective. She still just looks athletic, not quintessentially feminine. But maybe that was the point?
