Wow envious - they are sold out everywhere!
I'm not too sure - looking at those pics - that I like the fringe tingy... don't know the word in english...but overall a good purchase I think. The colour looks so good on tanned skin.

After thinking and thinking whether to go for black, blue or stone, i decided to go for the Poppy shoes in stone. Love them!!! perfect for s/s

well i actually decided to sell the shorts on ebay they don't fit me as well as i'd like and finding a size 0 is soo hard.

I don't like the side to the IM line which is the californian-hippie-slouchy tassled boots-mini denim shorts look. But I love the french-small details side to IM. And while I still much prefer just the french look, here's a pic I quite like that kind of melds the two together:

Raica, I agree very very much... There are many things right now that I simply don't like...especially these cowboyboots-with-miniskirt-things... Noone in France (Paris) with class wears that... :-/

i have to say those boots i have never been a fan of myself either or much of her footwear apart from those shoes she is wearing in that pic ^

last summer in paris the private sale at IM was full of trashy-looking women buying all the main collection. it was such a huge turnoff. thankfully there are still a few classy, cool things in her etoile line (and sometimes in the mainline) like the elali and boucle jackets.

I saw those (black) boots in my local store where a girl was trying them on. they were horrific, all kinds of wrong.... i have no idea how they could be styled in real life to not look trashy.

I do like how Rumi N wears the shorts but I agree its very much a california kind of look.... not v. french.

For me brands like Carven much more reflect french styling that IM.

I've finally gotten around to take a pic of my new Dicker boots. They are so lovely. And surprisingly comfy for the heel. I wore them to school and went shopping in them afterwards on the first day - and my feet did hurt like crazy but not until the end of the day. I can wear my most comfy ballerinas and my feet already hurt after an hour.

What does anyone else treat their boots with?

^How often? I gave the boots three layers before using them. Is it then once a month kinda like with bags?
