Pure luxe! The leopard print pieces scream wealth to me and they all are executed so well. Not that i'd expect anything less than JPG.

First post - great pieces. Then it goes downhill, some of the shapes are not particularly flattering, the models look huge and that is never a good sign. Serious Claude Montana vibes (correct me if i'm wrong).
I'm rather whelmed.

Didn't have to disappoint. Gaultier gave us the real couture. Wonderful clothing, true luxury and a glorious presentation. For me couture shows are not only about clothes but also a story behind them. And I like the circus theme JPG used this time. It's fun and successfully translated into the clothing without being too costumey.

I like some of the sparkly jackets/coats, the hats are fun... but some of the evening wear is not as sophisticated as the rest...

Some of it is gorgeous and some of it is not, but overall what a stunning collection this is! One of the best, if not the best collection in this terrible couture season.

It's been a while since I've been impressed by anything JPG has put on the runway but I like this. It's not his best stuff by a long shot and I could have done without the onslaught of leopard print but he's always going to be over the top and challenge the conventions of good taste.
