This entire collection is gorgeous. I've been wearing a lot of vintage Jil at work for the past few months and what I have is more structured but it's the work of pieces like this, or even the waist area of those sheer dresses, what keeps me constantly in awe.. she worked so gently on the female body, no fuss, just confidence and understanding.

I'm almost sure that I watched this at the time on TV with my mom. The double breasted pieces are especially beautiful. I love how her work is both straightforward AND luxurious.
