absolutely love this collection! strong, feirce, dark, female assassins! I ADORE IT! Lanvin looks awesome when it goes dark and strong like in the fall 2008. And Jamie Borchert is feirce!!!! Natasha too

adore the collection too... and like so many others love the wigs too... I so wish I had hair I could style like those wigs with such a long full fringe!

Adore the power conveyed in the collection too... and they are always sooo good like fendi at FW... the fur is to die for!

I absolutely adore this collection, I prefer Lanvin's A/W collections so much more to the S/S ones; Elbaz has the "femme fetale" vibe down to a T- love the luxuriousness of the sultry colours, jewels + fur- the perfect combination, and although it could look tacky, Lanvin ALWAYS delivers the sort of glamour-fix I dream about.

Great color palette, loved the shoes, and draping. There were some really great pieces in there, very expensive. I liked the neck jewel pieces.

2011 (Spring 2012 included) was the last great year for Lanvin. That was Alber's peak. Everything that followed just never lived up to past collections. It all felt like he was just making clothes to sell rather than making a statement. I can'r even remember his last few collections. Lanvin lost it's relevance and never really got it back. We all have ups and downs and I'm hoping that we'll see Alber somewhere very soon. He's too talented to fade away.
