^ Yeah, i think the fur jacket/cape and hat is a bit much. She looks like a russian...

But Cola, are you saying '"Uhhhhhh no" to the combination or the fact she's wearing fur?

The combination. I like fur. For its look and feel, not for the fact that it comes from animals, so I'm totally fine with those fancy fakes too, those that look and feel real but are imitations. Antique fur as well, the animal won't come back to live again just because one is a good person.

thanks for all the pics. While I agree it's not always the best dressers, I think it's pretty spot on of how many londoners dress on a day to day basis

London style is really cool!

im going to London for the day tomorrow to shop and just deciding what to wearB) what are people mostly wearing there at the moment in this hideously difficult and unpredictable weather!

I like London style whenever I get a chance to get down there I'm always fasinated by the way some people dress.

i'm thinking about doing some street styling around london. i'm going to be writing my own column for a new website, 'stylish kids in riot' which will be launched end of august. i can use the photos for a post but also to get the word out about the site. i'm only 14 and i've never done it before, so i'm a bit worried that because im so young, people wont take me seriously or i'll be too shy! i wouldn't know what to say to people when i go up to them. can anybody help?

It might help to get some little business cards made at one of those machines... just put your name on it and your websites and maybe your email address.
Just approach people smiling and ask if they have a minute. Tell them you love their style/something their wearing etc.
And once youve flattered them ask if they'd mind featuring on your website.
Hopefully because you've made them feel good about themselves they'll say yes!

Oh my god. I so wanted to go to that Festival. I so miss London Street Style. But I can't beleive that Londoners wear tights and leggings in summer. The weather was hot in July.
