ah I love Miranda July. In the Nylon with Mischa Barton on it (from last month I think) there is an interview with the girl who did the styling on You, Me and Everyone we Know and how she took a lot of inspiration on the styling of the film right from Miranda July's own warddrobe (and i love it )

I just bought it today in Chapters because the cover was so alluring. I don't think I've ever seen/read a magazine oh so DREAMY before. I think it's one of my new FAVORITE magazines.

Oh yay...that is nice to hear. I get excited when someone I know who is a good person aside from being talented is getting recognition they deserve
I agree- this mag is definitely worth it. Its like a lovely book and timeless really.

Becky's voice is insanely beautiful! I was really happy to see her in the magazine. I purchased Lula for $14.99 and my mom was surprised to find that it didn't cost more. It's just inspiring to look at, and the articles are a good read as well, a lot of interesting people.

Yeah! I must have been the last one since the #2 issue was released a while ago. When I found it in the middle of a cluster of magazines I felt like I had struck gold. dreamy, girly, gold.

^ I saw it today!!!! They had 4 brand new copies - I guess they just stocked them. Lovely, lovely magazine. Bit expensive but I think worth it

okay so i went lula-mag searching in TORONTO today and....I found three places that stock it!
- presse internationale in yorkville (next to over the rainbow) has got one copy left
- book city on yonge st, north of bloor has got two copies left
- and international press on bloor west of spadina (really close to bathurst actually) stocks it, but ran out. i think you can buy the display copy though.
- and indigo on bay & bloor stocks it too!!

they all only carry issue two. is getting issue 1 now impossible?

I found it in Chicago, which is still under NY and LA, popularity and size-wise, so I don't know if that helps much. I had to go to a few Borders bookstores to find it. I saw that they only carried a few copies so they may have already sold out? Keep searching, it's worth it. Good luck
