Luminous, Glowy and Healthy Skin

I been using the absolutely fantastic face mask by Origins ( Masque Aromatique Purifiant ) and the VITAMIN E Cream Exfoliatior by The Body Shop and Neutrognas washing gel for sensitive skin.
I do swear those products to wonders to my skin. Its really plump and fresh and soft . Truly awesome. I also try to sleep 8+ hours a day and drink about 3L waters a day.

Clean and Clear morning bust cleanser and facial scrub Is BRILLIANT!!! - and easy on the bank account- I love it and for the whole week I have been using it my skin looks visably "fresher" I recommend it to almost all skin types :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot: lol went a little crazy with that woot happy face but its just so damn cute hehehe:woot: :woot: :woot:

Drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep!

But also, I find these products help me:

- Jurlique Face Wash Cream scrub - amazing!! I've got exceptionally sensitive skin and I find using this a couple of times a week (as a masque sometimes also) helps bring the "radiance" in my skin out :)
- Clarins Beauty Flash Balm - goes without saying, I don't leave the house without it. Nor its new addition, the eye balm.
- Clarins Renew Plus Night Lotio in - it's got pre-retinol in it which helps to tighten my skin :)

If you want fresh looking skin in the middle of a party or something, just spray some evian brumisature(sp). Its great, looks like you just came out of the shower...I think its just water in a aerosol can though...haha.

If you wear makeup, its apparently good for setting it, and toning.

but what happens when it dries:huh:?

leave syou with a good feeling until you sray again.. brumisateurs are addictive, good thing they come out in 'pocket size' perfect for summer temperatures :ninja:

i have a acheaper idea..buy a makeup spray abottle and fill it with evian... makes more sense, no? refillable and its way cheaper, at first AND in the long run

^ I think they add something to the spray that differs from just the water..

It says Water + Nitrogen. Then has a bunch of chemical abbreviations.

I'm think its pretty neutral, it's not meant to heal or damage your skin, just freshen it up, and ad some moisture.

I could be totally wrong though. Find a different opinion.

^ That's basically it. There IS no miracle spray. I wish there was!

If you have really dry skin like me, get your richest moisturizer and load it on before you go to bed so your face is nice, plump, and greasy. Your skin warms up when you sleep, so it absorbs moisture better. When you wake up, your skin will look like Gemma Ward's!

Oh dammit, I have oily skin. Ahhh things aren't looking in my favour :o

so do i! oh well, a lot of experts say people who have oily skin type don't wrinkle as much as those who don't. hooray for turning 40:lol:

I really believe a healthy diet works wonders for the skin, lots of fruit, vegies, fish, water and green tea. I also think too many products are bad for the skin. I stick to a mild cleanser (mario Badescu seaweed cleansing soap) a light oil-free moisturiser (Mario Badescu buttermilk moisturiser) and a mild scrub (Dermalogica daily microfoliant). I also try to get as much sleep as possible.

At this point, I can't stress sleep enough... I've lost about 20+ hrs. this week, and I can totally tell the difference on my face. Rest is very important in keeping/getting that healthy glow.

^ I agree with Erin. I've been stressing these couple of years due to school and the bags under my eyes are horrible!! But I've been eating vitamins and healthier food lately so my skin is getting much better. I've been getting back my rosy cheeks! But sleep is definitely one of the MOST important.
