amorousluna said:golden_butterfly.. so does mine. the past couple of nights i've been using the apple cider vinegar... 1 part acv and 2 parts water (i realize this is better than one half acv and 1 half water)... i've used it in the past, as well, but never for over a few days. surprisingly, its the complete opposite of irritating.. at least for my skin! the improvements are noticeably different.. my skin's irritation patches of slight redness are definately decreasing, my skin is totally totally glowing, and it seems to be very very healthy. im not sure if acv works as a toner everynight, but it certainly works as a pick me up every once in a while. im going to continue to use it every night now, since it really has been the best toner i've ever usedother than that, you really should find a face lotion that works to help w/ that, cause their supposed to soothe your skin- if your moisturizer can't do that, perhaps you aren't using the apt type for your skin! hate to say it again, but natural products really are soothing.. especially for sensitive skin types, which can easily get off balance
hye park lover you don't have EITHER in the UK??? drugstore.com sells the Almay Milk Plus, and both Sephora.com and drhauschka.com sell the products.. if you're up for ordering? i suppose you'd like to get a sample first? you sure you dont have drugstores and dr. hauscka stores? haha.. makeupalley.com and healthboards.com have some really great product reviews, too.
But thanks anyway.....you don't happen to know any good ones made by major make-up brands, like Dior etc. they're the only upper-range stuff I can getBrowneyes said:^ Hye Park Lover:
Don't know where you are in England, but I'm sure that there is a Dr.Hauscka UK website where you can order, as well as the Dr. Hauscka range being sold in Harvey Nichols in London.
I don't know about Almay products in the UK though.
Meh, I guess I'll have to settle for online ordering (with a delivery fee so chunky that I could buy another bottle with that money
) ..... ahh well..... Dammit I have to move to somewhere less fashion-siberia-y!amorousluna said:you really should find a face lotion that works to help w/ that, cause their supposed to soothe your skin- if your moisturizer can't do that, perhaps you aren't using the apt type for your skin! hate to say it again, but natural products really are soothing.. especially for sensitive skin types, which can easily get off balance![]()

*Is paralised by fear of John Lewis* ... The one near me is just way too big and maze-like. The lighting's all dodgy so once you enter, you can be sure that it will be another good half an hour to an hour before you can re-emerge again ..... The last time I went in, I can honestly say I'd never been so happy to leave a shop before
