Marc Bouwer F/W 10.11 collection , model Ylonka Verheul
I get a real royal-vibe from this.
I’ve never seen a model lean that far back while walking before, not even Vlada!
He rounded up every trend from the past two seasons into one collection-- shoulders, metallics, animal prints, assymetric bodices...etc
first half seemed too early 90's but the second half was much much better
why is he still in business?
i'm shaking my head right now cause this is not good. it's not as bad as say ungaro but it's seems just as lazy. To me is collection highly resembles a catalogue for prom dresses!
there were only maybe one or two dresses that were passable!
It's so cheap. It's like Elie Saab's cheapas$ poor homeless sister.
The use of leopard print here is disgusting, cheapest way possible.
^i was just going to say,you can find this crap at sears.
and....this was once the guy who boasted dressing toni braxton and shania twain....enough said.
it's balmain for the upper east side set.
i really like some of those stuff.....even though his designs are the ones that have been tried and tested down the centuries, his aesthetics is mildly interesting....there are some sari-esque drapes that look good here
He is all over the damn place with this collection. I mean there are a few peices that tied in with each other, but as a whole its a hot mess. The matallics are just grose . Its like Elie Saab and Valentino on crank. This is soooo not ok
There are mind blowing pieces but as a whole, as a collection, it's very very bad, and the gowns look incredibly cheap
Aaaaaaah I LOVE this stuff, very impressed!
I can't find one piece that I like in the collection...
