Posting my 10,000th commentary on The Fashion Spot in this thread to say how much I love this outfit

I love how early 00s, and yet modern it feels. The green is beautiful, I like how she tied the skirt. The croc bag and the shoes (obsessed with them) bring an elegant touch to the carefree outfit.
