Model's Age - How Young Is Too Young?

To me this video shows the number one reason why young models should not be left unattended. They do not know how to handle these type of situations. It really creeps me out and angers me.

usually go in groups as shown in the video the bad thing is to separate :ninja:

****ing idiot i seriously hate those freaks annoying girls backstage or outside the show area with their video cameras.

omg these as*holes on this video really annoys me too :SS
but Dorothea and the other girls were smart because went away..

That vid is so disturbing.

This picture is of Chloe Graham who recently turned 15, it was taken when she was 14. I know her breats aren't exposed but I think it's pushing it when she had no parent present on the shoot.
She is currently overseas by her self, I'm wondering do agencies send chapperones with young models if they're alone?

Can somebody tell me what they talking in the vid because my boxes are broken. I can't hear a sound :(

There were some freaks outside the Valentino HC. Firstly, they talked to Mirte, Patricia and Dorothea asking them what they're doing today night, quite a bit teasing in a way... Mirte & Co ignored these guys and just continued to walk. Then they turned the camera on the right to a rather shy & quite young girl (Lienna @ IMG Paris). She was standing alone there, and these freaks were making a fun on her but she kept on being polite - then these guys asked Lienna to give them her phone number she tried to find a bit of an excuse at first (she looked really confused like she was about to cry or somthing....)... These guys kept on being like" Come on, give me your phone number, are you scared?" and she finally wrote it down for them :S

ETA: I just checked the youtube channel of this freak (he's 30yo), he seems to do the same with other models, also with Karlie Kloss but she turned him down. Well, even if Karlie didn't manage to turn him down, one thing that makes me love her motheragency is that they're always with their girls when they travel abroad.

Yeah, I saw the one with Sofia. " haha, do you want to got out with me?", and Sofias Boyfriends was directly beside! I 'm sure he wasn't very amused by it of course..

Freaking pervs. I can imagine that they want to pick up one of these girls, just because to boast in front of their friends, saying "oh, I slept with a model"

The good thing now is many models would have watched these clips and/or talked about these men with other models, so they're probably stay well away from them if they try hang around next season. Also they'll be more vigilant of these kind of people, hopefully people organising the shows will put these two guys on their black list!

I want to know how that guy actually got inside the Valentino venue? I am more bothered that he was able to get in and start filming and interacting with the models and no one shows up to shoo him away... that is not good at all. That is more bothersome than him approaching models on the street, because presumably a model should feel safe enough backstage to lower her guard a little bit. That does not mean that she should not be prepared to fend off a flirty photographer or technician, but by and large she should not be in full "street smarts" mode.

To me even if a teen-aged girl is at the mall in her hometown she should always be in a group and have a "script" on how she will respond when approached by a guy who is trying to score. I know that is easier said than done and this guy was very persistent, but again guys are like that the world over, this is not about being a young model in Paris - and believe you me, I have been very critical about the whole young models being at shows and photo shoots without supervision or someone present who is looking out for their well-being, but in this case, these girls could have encountered a similar situation at their local malls.

He had front row tickets at Valentino. I don't know what he does exactly though.

ETA: "I am the founder of mixbeat.com a french blog mostly about gossip, rumors, french celebrities and lifestyles in general.". And according to his myspace, he's actually 38.

He was also removed from Facebook for uploading a bunch of pics of his ****. So, MySpace does seem like a better place for him.

I try to keep an open mind in life, but I have a hard time summoning empathy for people who are so obnoxious.

^ Well, I have already noticed that the fashion industry seems to be filled with crazy, weird and very eccentric people. But this really goes too far :yuk:

the weirdest thing about that guy is the way he gladly displays his creepiness to the world

what about Keke (and Barbara) doing VS Pink? i know that it's the "young" line, but it still involves strutting around in your panties  idk but it feels somewhat inappropriate and completely unnecessary for them to use underage models, as a company so strongly associated with sexy lingerie.

ETA: Keke's 16, for the record.
