Overalls

bettycooper, if you have a problem with something on the boards, it is best to approach a mod with any concern you may have.

I believe your post just didn't go through. We do not completely remove posts at tfs and there is nothing to suggest there was ever a post that was erased. It must have just been a system error.

i don't know about that, it's happened to me maybe half a dozen times, and i DID contact people, and nothing was ever done about it, i was really starting to think it was personal.

It's not an entirely new trend, i remember spotting a few overall type pieces last Spring/Summer at Mercedes Australian Fashion Week

Organic, if you want, PM with the links and I'll investigate. Recently we did have problems and were losing posts, but there should be an announcements or check the feedback section. I can guarantee that mods do not physically remove posts (unless it's a double post). But I'll look into it for you.

Just talked to my dad. He is down in Oshkosh, WI for an airplane show/convention and this is where the brand comes out of. Asked him to pick me up some overall shorts  He said he would phone me before purchasing anything!

I'm about to be rocking this trend, as I recently purchased this dress on eBay:

I have overalls with shorts and they are offwhite.
I posted a picture for you to see.
They are from H&M and I really want more in different colours:smile:

The short & skirt versions can be really cute but I don't see many people wearing (I hope....) full out overalls.

I don't see myself wearing them any time soon either because they don't fit my body type at all although the one kiwi posted is making me seriously consider it!

oh my goodness oh my goodness. i just came from studying in italia and OVERALLS ARE SO IN....AS WELL AS BAGGY JEANS ON GIRLS!!! they know how to make it so sexy. but here in america its all about skinny jeans. will overalls and baggy jeans be in next year here in the states? hmm

I just bought this at Barney's NY by Imitation of Christ. It's actually pretty flattering on. Pic from style.com.

There's also this jumpsuit that Nicole Richie was pictured wearing by Karen Zambos. Pic from shopbop.com.

^^ I have a soft soft spot for overalls. Used to live in them in college.

I think a lot of boys secretly like them.

I got these Diesel overalls from Yoox.!
Unlike most overalls, they're fitted around the hips.
And the bib is narrow, so they're a little bit sexy.
(Incidentally, there's still a size small on yoox, on sale, too, if anyone's interested.)

These are kind of old fashioned.

I like the idea behind the halter ones but the execution of the bib bit is a bit poor.

^ imo that part is nice because it is narrow. I hate when they are too wide in the front.:flower:
