Sigh, all Target did this Sunday was move the exclusives to the New This Week section, so nothing really new for us.

good news for those of you wanting the black leather baseball jacket - it's in my local stores now so it may be online very soon. usually see stuff online within a week or so of it being in the store.

It was very nice and tempting...if I didn't already have a black leather jacket, then I would've jumped on it! It has zip pockets on the sleeves...the zipper is in the center of the pocket and it's lengthwise. I think it was very nice. But I already got the Luella one, so oh well.

I was really hoping to find an owl bag, but nope. Not yet.
The stores also had the new things that are out, like the logo shirt (has pearl snaps also like the denim shirt), the herringbone pants and jacket, the front pocket jeans, the v neck cat thermal in plum, etc.

looking forward to the next new releases.

mmm - sounds good! i will probably invest in one - but i'm sre you said before that you thought it might go on sale like the luella one did, so it might be worth holding off...
love the logo shirt, i'm going to buy one of them, plus the floral shirt - its so classic paul & joe i can't resist!

kate: i went back and looked at the jacket more closely today. if the camera battery had been charged, i would've taken a pic. I'll make usre to bring the camera next trip (maybe wednesday). It only has that sleeve zip pocket on the left sleeve, and then 2 lower zip pockets on the torso part. It has a nice, satiny lining. Hmm, if I were you, I don't know if I'd wait for it to possibly go on clearance because who knows how well it will sell. If it's something that sells very well, it will never end up on sale. So it's a gamble, I think. It sure is a nice looking jacket, imo.

That store had even more new things out today. They had the blue herringbone shorts, all the thermal longsleeves, the elbow length henleys, all track pants, red polos. I'm just bummed no owl bag was out!

Oh, I got the sweater poncho in the mail today and I was happy to find it was true to color. I was so worried that the light mint green color would end up being the darker kelly green, which happened with the colorblock sweater. Also, bc there was a sweater poncho with that dark green in seventeen mag. It seems as though all the longsleeve button down shirts have pearl snap button rather than reg buttons with buttonholes. I like that - the snap buttons are sturdier and less likely to fall off!

Has anyone bought the Plaid wool poncho?
My mom bought it for me for my birthday on a whim.. I think it's cute.. but I've honestly never owned a poncho and I'm thinking either it's too big, or that's just the way it's sposed to fit?

I have the purple vneck cat one and the black turtle one. they're well-made but they don't exactly keep you warm. they're cute none-the-less and they fit like a second skin. Also, they're quite long so it's good for layering. i suggest sizing up one size

usmarinewife, why do they call it a baseball jacket? im eager to see it!

i went to my local target tonight. they had a lot of new items ie. the tracksuit but no baseball jacket or yellow or navy blazer. my target only had two of the leather white jackets left. i think target realized that they had tons of the luella jackets left over and maybe made less of the paul and joe leather jackets. that could be why the black leather jacket has been introduced so late. because they plan to make a more limited amount of them.

Two of the Targets near me had the owl bag in. I don't know I never really liked it in the pictures so maybe that's why I didn't like it in person. Its really huge, and kind of overpriced like a lot of the accessories (the pins for example).

I bought one and yes it's quite huge on me as well. I really like it though. Looking on the Target site the item looks big...

I'm not really a poncho person, this season at least that's why I prefer calling it a cape. Just be sure to remember the rules of the season and pair it with something slim on the bottom.
