^ i think that whole set of photos from that day were staged (some sort of promotional shopping trip i think), so i wouldn't be suprised if they were photoshopped. she looks verys stretched out and her legs look slimmed and airbrushed

I was also thinking in Megan's pics.
If the celebrity gets along well with the press, I think they don't mind to retouch her/him in candids to look better. I also don't be surprised they retouch candids to create controversy and sell more magazines or more visits for a web.

well, but look at this...first of all it´s very unnatural position. And no arm (with usual lenght and proportion) is so slim a small that u can hide it and make it invisible in that kind of position... Glamour made from Kristen girl with amputated arm.. sad work

or contour to increase the chest or reduce the bra to fit better or give her a bra with the right cup size before the shot so they don't need so much (bad) photoshop.
