Primark Lovers <3

I dislike Primark cos it's so unclean and way too many people at all hours of the day. Aside from that, depending on what type of clothing you purchase - you can get some really great things there. I have a lovely cotton/linen green skirt from there.

I actually think their jewelry is very good. All the pieces I got there last year are in perfect condition. I wish I had bought more cos three [?] items only cost me £5/$10, when normally one necklace would be at least £10/$20.

I brought a great green coat from there yesterday its a 'festival coat' as I would call it kinda like a famers jacket rolled up selves lots of pockets 13 quid wayyheyy I love it :D

i sooo have that! gonna wear it to a festival this weekend B)

connect festival up north. it's sad i'm already planning my outfits for it in advance...

Ooh thats got a pretty good lineup bloc party obvs B) santogold she was amazing at reading & the coral acoustic set should be good & who could forget the manics B).
Course it's not lol. I'm planning my college first week outfits like now when its quite a way away lol.

yeah it's a good lineup! i've got everything packed and ready to go. i doubt my boyfriend's even located the tent yet.

Hope you have fun :] Well you'll be there by now!
Ok my coat got it's first outing yesterday to the cinema. I love it! It's quite light, soft material & can keep you warm or cool. One of my fav buys this year B)

I bought a pair of Slim Fit Jeans from there a few months ago, for knocking around in. I washed them and they went down about 2 sizes
For women this shop is amazing, but for men it is rubbish.
the t-shirts weidth are absolutly stupid.

yeah, me neither. Well some of the mens cardigans are nice, but you can only wear them once and then they feel like crap.

Those are nice pieces, but unless you're styled up they're going to look cheap and tacky I should imagine. I have bought pieces from there and either they fall apart, look cheap, or twenty other girls are wearing them.

I went to the Marble Arch store yesterday and couldn't even get in! Its awful at weekends! Ended up looking in the windows.. They definately need more tills, its crazy- half the store is just people queuing to purchase!

i find that the tills in the mens section is a lot better to queue at than downstairs, it just seems to move quicker.

more than the tills i think its the lack of changing rooms...whenever i am in there and see that huge line of people waiting to just try on a skirt or something i just get discouraged and leave.

The prices are excellent but the quality is dreadful :-/ i've bought t-shirts from there in the past and after 1 wash they've gone all ropey...

one thing that lasted for me is there pack of 7 pairs socks...theyve seem to go for a lot of washes and still are fine!

can anyone tell me if they have any good ankle boots in at the moment? im in need of a new pair but can't afford any from topshop or anything like that. we dont have a primark where i live but me and a friend are travelling to one on thursday so i would love it if anyone could know what kinda shoes they have just now, thankies! :flower:

ahh thanks for the tip!:flower::flower:

I get highly irritated with the changing rooms too- i figure  ITS A £12 SKIRT PEOPLE! BUY IT THEN TAKE IT BACK TO YOUR LOCAL STORE WHERE IT ISN'T CRAZY BUSY!! grrr!

How much are the primark straight leg jeans at the mo? want really dark ones!

no problem! its probably because men dont buy such huge bulks of stuff so their tills have higher turn over...or you never know there maybe a million people reading this and lol soon it will be a huge queue for the mens!

yeah or with skirts just pull it up on top ofwhatever you are wearing and try to get an idea of how it looks...its £12 like you said so as long as the fit is decent..just go for it..and if not happy return it..
