I just wish they would get rid of Angela, I don't see any potential at all!
At least there is something else to talk about, now that another episode has gone by, other than the Keith Scandal. That subject is so tired out.

ditto and thank you on both points!:flower: keith, as much as i liked him when i first saw him, is getting a bit tiring (though i still like him). and regarding angela, i really don't have much to say. i never even thought they'd consider her during casting. i have to say though that i am loving this season. it's one of a few reality shows that i'm fond of. also, i said it before and i'll say it again: don't you think they could've found better models? couldn't they hire those america's next top model rejects? that'd be interesting. ;)

I agree Angela barely made an effort in this challange...I mean she didn't even have a scetch, but Vincent is just awful. He will never make it in the business, he has no big vision, just crazy rambleings and nurotic behavior. It annoyed me to no end last week when he was giddy and absolutly certain about the hat in the back room, but when the judges called him out about it on the runway he backpeddled and said he had reservations about it. Anyway, Angela may have lacked team work in this challenge, but so far every peice Vincent had done has been almost eliminated...He won't last long because of his design and over all presentation.

Im kind of sad to see Malan go as well. He was not my favorite, but I was interested in seeing what happened with him next. Especially sad after the story he told about his mother reacting to his sketches.

Although, I thought his dress design looked like she had chocolate shavings all over her chest, and it was not really pagenty.

I keep expecting to see Vincent go, he's just so awful, and I thought his dress looked like crap.

Robert's and Kayne's was beautiful, but I didn't feel it was a pagent gown. It looked too much in my opinion. But it was gorgeous none the less.

My favorite was actually Laura's?? (the red head). It was beautifully made I thought and fit the model perfectly. But it was white, which she said to stay away from ya know.

On the topic of the models........................at least they are better looking than last season's models:lol:

I agree, but they seem to be walking so slow, like they are afraid the dresses are doing to fall apart if they move too quickly...then again maybe the dresses would...

I love Uli's as far as a gown goes, not pagenty but beautiful. It would make a gorgeous wedding dress.

If she'd actually has a vision - she may have been qualified as team leader and called the shots on her own damn dress. I mean - she was basically cheating when asking what kind of dress she wanted. You're on PR to go from what they give you.

Her point was to not have a vision so that she wouldn't be chosen as a team leader. She wanted to ride on the coat tails of someone elses design which is quite like Wendy Pepper. I'm pretty sure she knew exactly what she was doing. As far as Vincent goes, I was totally annoyed at his erratic behavior, I was sitting at home thinking, why are they giving him so much air time, he was totally working my nerves last night. Vincent seems out of touch with fashion and needs to go. I also felt bad for Mulan, quite sad what his mother did and actually reminded me of my mother except for I was doing sketches and throwing them away and my mother saw me doing it and told me to never throw away any of my sketches. Mulan has way more to offer than Vincent does.

But I was wondering are they going to use that exact same dress for the Miss Universe pageant because although Kayne's dress was beautiful, I'm sure the other contestants spent thousands on their gown and wouldn't the fabric look a little cheap next to those considering they only had 300 dollars.

I am disgusted. Keeping around angela for the 'drama' (thanks producers  ) was not needed.

SO true - i am really upset that angela stayed. she was lazy, had no vision, complained the whole time, had nothing to offer. also, i know im being really snarky but what she wears herself gives me the vibe that she ain't no PR material... i know i said Malan was creepy and though he did make some miscalculation with this design, you could still tell there was a lot of potential - too bad we don't get to see it on the show.

Michael is SO underrated!! His sketches were beautiful, and his coffee filter dress last week was so much more innovative than 90% of the others. I'm rooting for him!

p.s- Keith is becoming weirder and weirder....i do NOT believe he hasn't made womens wear before. At all. And it looks like hes going to become malicious!

igotgoodjean , i used to have same feeling of mulan like u, but i feel really bad when he was kicked out.

i think Vincent is hard to work with and his version is kind of outdated.and i think the reason of keeping vincent and angela both becoz PR needs more drama between them forward

i feel bad for malan as well. i think angela should have left. i was so certain about it but yes, they did it for the drama.

i got irritated by vincent as well, but his dress was ok. i think malan just ran out of time with his dress and therefore it was undone. at least he had some creativity even though that dress was maybe not the right fit for a miss usa...

damn I was heartbroken that Malan was out. His story just made me wanna hug him. I thought his design was much better only the top could have been fitted better. sigh. stupid Angela. how can she not know how to sketch??

its his nature!

:( so so sad about Malan. I used to dislike him because of being conceited but I can tell that it's really to cover up insecurities/etc after hearing more about his lonely childhood, not having friends etc. Awwww man

Love love love Bradley, Keith, Catherine, Alison, Jeffrey  and Bonnie. oh yeah and Uli kind of. and LAURA. mmmm so many !

its in his nature!!
trust me.

Yes!! Thank you. People like Malan are just insecure and trying to cover up those insecurities by putting on a front to the world. I can't believe how many people interpreted that as conceit and were hostile to him. Its just like Santino, I never saw a jerk. I always saw a tall weird looking guy that probbaly got teased a lot growing up and developed a larger than life attitude to compensate. Don't judge a book and all that...

I never once got the feeling that Malan was conceited, he's just one of those fabulous dandies who dresses well and speaks how he was brought up to speak probably. His laugh is priceless. lol I hope we'll see him around.

I agree...Michael also worked very well with Laura in the challenge. I personally wouldn't wear the coffee filter dress, but I was very well designed and innovative.

I can't really read Keith. I love his designs and he has a definite air of confidence about him that I like, but there is something "off" about him. Miss USA seemed kind of creeped out by him when he presented his sketches.

My early favorites . . . Keith, Michael, Alison (she hasn't really wowed me yet with her designs, but I think she has great potential), and Uli.

When Malan was speaking about his Mom throwing away his sketches I almost that he had made it up, but he does seem like the typoe of person that would have a story like that.
