I wasn't sure if Malan was just acting at the end or for real. I was expecting him to throw up his arms (like Jon Lovitz"s character Master Actor on SNL ) and shout "ACTING"! However, sorry to see him go. At least he was a gentleman when asked whether he or his partner shoulder be the one to leave. He didn't dump it on her the way some of the other wimps would have done. Loved watching him work his mobile lips while speaking. He really chewed his words.

They are fitting Vincent for his straight jacket as we speak. Hard to sew when wearing that sucker. Angela is a sh*t. She should have been dumped for not participating in the challenge from the start. Even Miss America gave a WTF look after A. asked her stupid questions. How could she not known how to sew a gown if she told the judges that she had sewn one just like Vincent's gown in college?

Loved Laura's dress, but she was told not to do white. Did she think that she was going to change Miss A's mind? Or being arrogant?

Uli's dress was lost on me. It looked like one of my nightgowns.

Actually liked the drama of the winning dress. If he didn't win with his background, then he should have jumped out a window. At least she didn't look like a disco ball

Poor Vera Wang. I had no idea they retouched her photos so much in the mags. She look more than her age.

Ivanka should be good next week. She has good taste and has been exposed to it all her life (forget how her mother dresses) and she will not tolerate any tacky junk! She modeled when she was younger, so she knows how it goes in fashion.

i felt the same as most of you, malan didn't deserve to go home:/. there is something very sketchy about keith. and Kayne definitely deserved to win, even if he doesn't make it as a finalist he'll have a great career ahead of him because of his whole pageant dress designing deal

ooh, i just was watching access hollywood & their was a little segment about project runway and the controversy about his copied designs, it said that Bravo had refused to comment!! so, it sounds like other people have noticed..

haha saw them talking about the "sketch scandal" on the Daily Ten on the E! Network and they were talking about how blogging sites discovered pictures from elle.com and style.com that prove the sketches similar/identical!!!!! They didn't say TFS ..but we all know that's who it is

I went to missuniverse.com and I looked up Miss USA and under evening gown it shows these pictures:

I don't know if this is the pre-show dress or the actually dress that she wore for the competition. I acutally prefer this over Kayne's dress.

If the next challenge is making clothes for small dogs, didn't Kayne have experience with that too?!? I remember in his audition tape he held up a dog with some little fluffy collar or something, and said he made it? No? Was that someone else?

Anyways, he has immunity..but I just thought that was interesting.

^ yes he did, i'm not sure though if he's as good as when he's making pageant clothes (that is if the challenge is related to dogs which i'm hoping not). regarding ms. usa's dress, maybe kayne's dress will be worn during the live show.

I really like Malan and Jeffrey...they seem like polar opposites but i think they're both awesome...sad to see malan go...so much potential in him!

I can't believe how easily my emotions can be manipulated by the PR editors. In the first episode, I really hated Malan. The second episode made me feel sooooo awful for him. The story about his Mother tearing up his sketches made me want to cry! By the end of the episode I was totally rooting for him!

And did anyone else think that Heidi looked like she was copying Laura's style at the final judging? Something about the black outfit, red lippie and pulled back hair.

Regarding this last episode,
Listen to Tim's podcast for this last episode...he HATES Vincent so much poor Tim.
Also, on the Bravo site, the extra vid clip of Angela getting coffee and water for Vincent made me want to punch him
She definitely was shady by campaigning to Kayne and she messed up on the runway but Vincent is a nightmare and mental and should have went home. Angela also has a post-elimination vid clip where she regrets her behavior on the runway...at least she gets it later on...Vincent is just crazy and delusional.
I like how on the podcast Tim rails on him for saying to the judges when they diss the hat how he struggled with it and wasn't sure himself b/c as Tim says, that was complete bs, he loved the hat and was very sure of it and pretended otherwise in the moment on the runway to the judges.
Tim also calls Vincent's green dress "a hot mess"

heidi and the whole judges are STUPID thats the word i have got to say that Malan didnt need to leave it was that lady that didnt do anything the one that was supposed to leave ughhh sometimes i hate the show lol but n e wayz malan had a nice dress it was just not well executed but that lady didnt even do anything i mean if i didnt want to work with that crazy guy i should just decide to make my own dont just stay around doing nothing and i hope the show gets better and btw keith is still so fake with his fake portflio

I think BOTH Angela and Vincent should have gone. Heidi said this challenge was about two things design and team work. Sure, Malan's design was not complete, but Angela and Vincent failed much greater in the team work category than Malan did in the design category. Angela was never interested in team work and gave up immediately and Vincent wasn't a leader in any way shape or form. "This was the nightmare of my life"??? What a drama queen, who plays up to the judges.

angela should have been out. although i didn't care for vincent's design, he was the group leader. angela could have been more constructive with suggestions from the get go, instead of making rude negative comments. everyone knows that if you do that people just tune you out and that's exactly what vincent did. she made her efforts too late. she showed lack of teamwork, which is what they were being judged on as well. also, she was bad mouthing the dress infront of tim. ughhh...i found her negativity annoying. off with her!

poor malan... but he had to go some time. would have been nice to see him stay a bit longer.
it broke my heart when he told that story about his mom. so sad.

i agree. even if she she didnt find the dress appealing to her, that doesnt give the right to lack from team work! a lot of times team tasks might not be interesting but you cant just be a freerider, thats not what team work is about. even if your task is shubbling sh*t, you might not like it, but if thats your team task, you have to do it... she was saying how this is vincents vision and dress, so?, it was the same thing with all the teams...

I believe the show is live on Sunday - so they wouldn't wear the actual evening gowns for practice, would they? I would think they keep those kinda secret so no other girls copy off of them. I think this dress is way too plain for a pageant. Kayne's dress was perfect - and if she doesn't wear it i will be very disappointed
