^^ Not all hopes are lost, as Francy Italy mentioned, Bianca was shot by Sgura for Vogue Japan next day, so there can be a mistake ( I hope). And so many major news agencies said that Monica was shot with Bianca for ad campaign.

agreed. it would be silly for vogue japan to have only dg clothes for the ed.

and common, why would monica appear in an ad for vogue japan. just make no sense.

Natasha has done a Dolce campaign, I can't remember which season but it was by Steven Klein and featured Shannan Click, Georgia Frost and Lisa Cant.

Joan Smalls for Chanel? Are you kidding me? I mean c'mon you're gonna replace Freja with Joan? Biggest WTF of the season. I don't mind Saskia. Actually, I would've liked Saskia paired with Freja. Now THAT would've been phenomenal. Joan just isn't Chanel to me.

just so glad that i dont have to deal with with the super boring chanel ads featuring freja. it was a late move for karl to get rid of freja but better late than never.

last season chanel was one of the most tasteless ads of the season.

WOW So happy for Joan and Fatima...Finally my sistas are getting some serious work here.....Lets Hope Jourdan & Nyasha get a blue chip campaign as well..
I'm a lil confused why so many ppl are dissapointed with Joan being in the Chanel Ads, its not like we seen a black girl for Chanel since Naomi and the Supermodel Era...after seasons of Freja and Karls others repeating favorites I'm glad to see Joan and Saskia mix it up...and they may not compliment eachother physically but they're both excellent models and I'm sure they will deliver some strong images...

Is it just me, or does every hardcore Snejana fan dislike Joan? It seems like they constantly tear her down for anything she does. Did the Onopkans unite & decide as a family that they will never like Joan Smalls? Not trying to insult anyone specifically, its just an observation...

Happy to hear Joan got Chanel. I think this makes her the first black model to get a Chanel campaign since Brandi Quiñones. It's funny, I've read a few posts about Naomi getting Chanel back in her heyday but I don't that ever actually happened.

^ I think Naomi has done at least one campaign for every major brand under the sun. Let's not forget she did Prada, so i think it's safe to assume she has a Chanel campaign somewhere under her very large belt so to speak.

LOL, I think Karl's one purpose in life at this point is to put me off fashion forever. Just when I thought nothing could be worse than having Freja for Chanel for the 185th time, Karl casts two of my absolute least agreeable models working right now. For such a fierce person, Karl has such awful taste in models. The last great Chanel girl was Daria, and it's been free falling ever since.

UGH how I miss Daria for Chanel. Her ads were perfect. I'm just happy someone else is taking over for Freja, I really was getting sick of her. And from what I'm reading, hopefully these ads in black and white are refreshing, I found Chanel's fall camapaign REALLY boring for some reason.

it's not that often giselle does multigirls campaign. kate moss, giselle and daria are on the same league when it comes to campaign.......its all about them.

givenchy in costa rica.hmmmmmmmmmmm. i imagine background somewhere in ny or paris would better fit the collection.
