^ How much is it?
I think it was 110 dkr... Probably completely useless to you ^_^ I'm guessing £10 or €14 for 25 ml.

I just found it here http://www.thebodyshop.com/bodyshop/browse/product_detail.jsp?productId=prod4320019&categoryId=cat30038 for $12.50. I thought it sounded interesting so I looked myself^_^.

Meanwhile I came across this "lightening touch":

Does anyone know how it is? Is it comparable to touche eclat? Because I would like to try that but this is 75% cheaper. Even the name sounds similar. :innocent:

I really want to get a "glowy" look ... I always end up overdoing the bronzer and not looking natural enough!

I think part of why I like wearing more makeup is that I am born with shorter than average eyelashes and I know it sounds silly, but without Mascara and eyeline I feel like my eyes disappear. And then if I am just wearing eyeliner and mascara, my eyes don't go with the rest of my face (unless I'm being super casual and don't care) so I have to use concealer and some powder. I have always been jealous of people with long lashes, or at least average-length ones who can go without mascara or just use clear.

Some days ago a dermatologist on tv said it's healthy to wear make-up, cause it covers and protects skin against air pollution... I was pretty shocked how can he say such..
Of course these days there are lot of great products which don't clog pores that much, but i simply can't believe it's healthy using every day.

^I think you'd have to live in Tjernobyl anno 1986 for that to be true.

I've heard about that too... but I would not believe it. Probably some trick by cosmetics companies.

^I would have to agree. That seems like a scam. I mean, come on? Paint on your face EVERYDAY is healthy? Plbt......

In a way I think it makes sense; add a layer of something and be safe from pollution. Now when they are advertising how poison/harmful ingredient-free their products are, it seems like it could be true. But if you use some common sense and take a look at what the products really have in them, I bet that the benefit is not very big.

True, but if I want protection from the sun I think it's more healthy to wear sunscreen.

True but there are some great tinted moisturisers with spfs....make up probably does give a decent enough protection from pollution but it will clog up the skin.

It's a crazy statement! But so long as you cleanse properly, there should be no problem. Cleansing is the key to healthy skin

I should have qualified, cleansing and protection are the keys to healthy, luminous skin :)

But pollution is a problem even for people with a good skincare regime.
Maybe if you live in the city. Not all people do that, you know :flower:
